Well, the 2010 Texas Ladies State Championship Chili Cookoff has come and gone. We had a record 203 chilis turned in! Thanks to all of you who participated, we couldn't have done it without you. From vendors, special gatherings, wonderful sponsors and terrific cooks, a good time was had by all. A special thanks to Nigel, for providing evening entertainment which was enjoyed by many. We are already working on the 2011 cook off. Check back often for more details. As Mama Sue put it, "41 will be more fun!".
