Vendor Information

We would like to extend an invitation to you to be a vendor at our upcoming Texas Ladies State Championship Chili Cookoff.

Where: Starcke Park, Seguin, TX
When: Saturday, April 21, 2011

Fee: $50.00 (for each 10x10 space) plus one item for our silent auction.

The event actually runs Friday through Sunday, but the big day is Saturday. Proceeds will benefit the Seguin Parks department. We generally have approximately 200 cooks on Saturday, with their guests and as many of the local people as we can get. Campers will start arriving on Thursday afternoon and Friday. Friday evening/night there will be a Cook's Party with meal and usually a DJ. Saturday is when the real crowd is there. There is a second cook off on Sunday, with usually 65 to 90 cooks and everything is pretty much over with by 2:00 or 3:00.

We encourage you to set up Friday, as the ladies come in and set up, they will be doing a lot of visiting, socializing and shopping! You are welcome to stay through Sunday if you like, but are only required to be there on Saturday from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm. I am trying to limit the same type vendor to no more than two or three. Distributors (i.e. Scentsy, Tupperware, Mary Kay, etc.)are limited to one each.
