As I understand it, Colleen Wallace first started the Texas Ladies State Hat Parade Contest.  It has gone on every year since then, and is now held in Colleen Wallace's honor.  Sharon Pinnell and Dianne Stimson will  handle this year's Hat Parade.  More details to follow. 

 So ladies, start decorating your hats!  Let's make this the biggest Hat Parade ever, in honor of Colleen!!  Let's make her proud!
